Geting back in shape

I am starting college in a week and stepped on the scale this week and saw I now weight 20 pounds more then I did last year. Not doing sports and the stress of moving mid senior year of high school took its tole. So now I plan on loosing the freshman 15 not gaining it. I hope to loos it before the 2012. The problem is that I'm going to culinary school! I have confidence that I will stick to working out since I did sport for most of high school and enjoy running. Its the diet part that will kill me. Having to cook all the time and practice what I learn in class will be hard to do I'm not sure how strong my will power will be.

Maybe you can help shape restaurant food choices - please lower the SALT and cut the FAT/OIL when unnecessary.0
