I have been doing this diet about about a week my hubby told me i should allow my self one regular meal once a week?
I work out daily and stay under my calories so i don't want to mess this diet up.....
please someone tell me if this is true

:flowerforyou: good for u .u r keeping up with it.however u should eat all ur calories ..i did the same as u for awhile and didnt really lose much weight but now i am eating all the calories im supposed to and have lost 7 pounds since Jan2,2009......As for a regular meal these r reg meals if u eat all the calories....good luck .and maybe see u in the valentines day challenge its good because it holds u more accountable for urself..also who doesnt like to compete......:blushing:0

Yes, actually one "free" meal a week is a good thing because it confuses your metabolism so it doesnt get used to the same caloric intake! I have done this for a while and have had great success with this theory!0

Depends on what "normal" is I guess. Is normal a cheeseburger and french fries? Then I'd say NO because your body won't like it after having been healthy all week. But maybe some chicken parmesan with extra veggies isn't bad.
Also, if you're looking for inspiration, maybe inspire him to inspire you. Ask him to get you something nice (manicure gift certificate, gift certificate to your favorite household store) after you reach a certain goal. Or maybe say that after say 10 lb, you and him both will go out and celebrate together. That way, you guys can be a team and he can encourage you in other ways to keep up the great work.0 -
