Breakfast between gym and work

I like to go to the gym in the morning on an empty stomach. I'm in college so I've always been able to come back to my apartment to eat breakfast before class, but next week I'm starting work and will have to pack my breakfast. Any suggestions of what to pack that's quick and easy. I'm definitely bringing a banana, but I feel like I'll need more than that. Thanks in advance!

Egg, veggies, cheese in some type of carrier, such as an English muffin or wrap.

    Greek yogurt.

    Avocado on toast.

Lunch meat wrapped around a string cheese.

    Grilled chicken breast.

    Protein bar.

    Protein smoothie.

Nuts, cheese cubes, and an apple.

Overnight oats is what I generally do.
    1/3 c oats
    1/3 c Greek yogurt
1/3 c milk (or alternative such as almond milk)
    Fruit as desired

Mix together in a mason jar or Tupperware and put in the fridge overnight (I've done up to 4 days in advance). You can heat before eating or eat it cold. (I generally heat it before the gym and it's still warm after).

Check Pinterest or Google for other variations.

I like a bagel w/ cream cheese or peanut butter. Put some peanut butter on that banana, too. Oh and don't forget coffee!

All about food prep. I make mine 4 days in advance on Sunday night. I do the oats, Greek yoghurt n frozen berries. All weighed n counted. Or made egg muffins in muffin tins (recipes found everywhere) try get protein in your meal and some carbs as you post work out n will need energy. You can eat anything really if it's counted.
