im having one. I just had breakfast (banana, yogurt, oatmeal) and i am starving 5 min later. I am using all my will power to not open the fridge + eat a block of cheese.

Drinking water just makes my stomach feel that hollow hunger. :(

That sounds like a lot of carbs and may be making your blood sugar soar. Maybe try some protein/fat like an egg to feel more satisfied?.
  • Or maybe you could try filling up on more fruit when you get the munchies?

Having an "Eating day" is fine as long as you spend the time to burn most if not all of those extra calories.
  • Eggs never fill me up but I know extra fruit does!

hmmm you might be right about the choice of brekkies. I normally have an egg, but thought I would switch it up today...

I'm definately having a "can't stop eating day" - every time I buy some slightly unhealthy food my body gets all excited and I reach for the crisps and chocolate without even thinking...
I had a ham subway with loads of salad, a teeny bit of mayo but on cheese topped bread for lunch today (3 hours ago) and since then i've had another 600 - 700 calories!!!
Better get doing some extra exercise then!!!

i find that an apple with oatmeal for breakfast....along with a glass of water or two fills me right up for a LOOOONG amount of time! also, i know that they may have a lot of cals, but beans really fill me up for prolonged amounts of time. my nutritionist said if you mix protein with whole grains you feel full for a long amount of time too. when you are hungry though and you want to be full on as few cals as possible, veggies are your best option (like green beans, carrots, or even broccoli). grapefruits are also really great
  • I have those days. To solve it I normally just eat :P Try some raw veggies, carrots, sugar snap peas, celery to fill you up :)
