Hmmm don't know why that didn't post. How old is she?1

Start with waking up earlier than noon. Probably will go to bed a little earlier, then. Then wake up earlier. Repeat process till on an appropriate schedule.1

Idk why the rest of my sentences didn't post?.. But my question is will me sleeping through breakfast hurt my metabolism since I get up and eat lunch and dinner only? Iam on a 1200 cal per day diet.0

You aren't actually sleeping through breakfast, you are sleeping in later. Breakfast is the first meal you eat of the day.
Also, no. It's not going to hurt your metabolism. It doesn't matter what time you eat your meals or how many you have.3 -
Sometimes I only eat two meals though.0

Doesn't matter when or how many meals you eat as long as you are getting all your calories.2

Plus, I get up at 0400 and "skip" breakfast often. Eating and not eating during certain times of the day doesn't play a significant role in your BMR.1

Two meals a day is fine. Get enough protein and fat in those two meals.1

Yess bigger lunches! 2 veggie burgers for me1

as long as you are eating your calories it doesnt matter when you eat or how much at one time. just as long as you are getting the calories in that is all that matters.0
