Just signed up at the advice of a friend and it said to introduce myself, so here I am. I just have 15 lbs to lose, but I feel like it just won't come off. So here I am, desperate for a computer to tell me that I'm eating too much I don't "feel" like I'm eating too much, but I MUST be b/c I've been working out 5 days a week for 4 weeks and haven't seen ONE change in my body (other than the way I feel... feel much better!) Feeling better and being healthy is obviously a great benefit and one that even if I never lose any other weight, will continue to enjoy.

Welcome! I will send you a request - it can be frustrating when you don't have much to lose ( it goes slowly) but very rewarding each time you even lose a bit! You can do it :happy:0
