10000 steps isn't that many yet it is a considerable amount when you haven't walked far for a while

Day 7 Plank for 40 secs

My body clock is changing, the energy exerted in six days is six times more than I am use to, I recognise I feel physically drained, yet I am mentally inspired and ready to go as soon as my body returns to a sense of balance I'm off again, quite a turn around from a week ago when I struggled to complete 200 steps a day , to date since the app, I amazed to see I am averaging just over 10 000 steps a day!
Table tennis is helping with the fun aspect of forcing myself to complete this 10k step challenge, so far so good, as a consistently inconsistent person, I have done considerably well, the app is becoming my new best friend, and I am being completely honest in this new relationship with myself and my body awareness, Much gratitude.

You're right...it's not easy for someone going from a sedentary lifestyle. Congrats and keep it up!
