    I just wanna say I'm so proud to see so many of us mom's out there trying to do right and be better, healthier for our families. It's so refreshing to have a place to go where you don't feel ashamed and can get support on our weight loss journey. It seems overwhelming sometimes but we are an army of hot mamas, let's do this!

    Lost 65 lbs before TTC my LO. 19 months later, I've gained all that weight and some back. Trying to lose 100 lbs before TTC again. I'm down 18 lbs. Add me! Could really use the support.
