Issues with Garmin Connect and MFP

Has anyone had this issue before and know how to fix it possibly?

I linked MFP and GC , but EVERY time I do a run etc using my Garmin the entries appear twice in MFP.

It's not happening now and again but EVERY SINGLE TIME.

    Are you using strava or other connected services?

    Good thinking , It may be, I could have linked several services to MFP and it's picking up double...
