JUNE 2016 - BEACH WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE

If you want to put your weight each week or so, you can do so here. Last month in May, I went from 230 to 219 pds and now I'm feeling energized to work harder in June. I figured with time at Carolina beaches this month, I shall overcome my goal. A few a walk on the beaches this month for me and the resort has a gym too so I may venture that way, plus I need a vacation, too.

    My goal for this week is to continue with my workout routine and to focus on tracking on the weekends since that seems to be my trouble times.

    Successes/struggles: I didn't work out much this week because I was very sluggish & not feeling well. Working out didn't feel good. I was very good about tracking and watching my calories and also making healthy choices.

    Successes/struggles this week: Continued on the downward path of weight loss while starting to reduced my cardio time to 30 minute instead of 45-50 minutes. Thus, I could concentrate on strength machines focusing on abs, arms, shoulders, and legs. My vacation week (next week) might have as much exercise, so I'm going to work out as much this week.

    Successes/struggles this week: Been working out regularly and staying on top of food levels as my vacation began on Saturday. Hopefully, I can stay on top of the game plan of losing weight despite having no scale to weigh myself on.

    This week I couldn't exercise because I had a bad cold and was congested most of the time. I didn't watch what I ate as well. But I didn't gain as much as I thought I would.

    Successes/struggles this week: I guess I shouldn't have changed my goal. Lol. I'm still happy with my progress this month. I'd rather have slow progress that lasts than fast progress that comes undone quickly. The past week or so was a bit stressful and I didn't handle the stress well but I think I have managed to get the stress under control again. I'm refocusing on the basics to get back on track.

    Successes/struggles this week:Well this month was definitely up and down... from vacation to my toothache pain. The past week was just a killer by the end of the week with me having to visit the dentist and get medication to relieve my pain which made me very tired and not wanted to do anything like excercises or eating! Thus, I lost a ton of weight....time to go out and buy more clothes!
