How to tighten stomach and get rid of fat.. lost pounds by C25k

As you can see i still look fat in my bikini. before C25K i weighed 209.7 and was really bloated. now i am 188.2 and on week 4 of C25k. i was wondering how to tighted up my stomach and lose fat. I really want my stomach pooch to go away! help

    Keep doing what you're doing. Adding some resistance/strength training along with c25k may help too.

    Do some strength training especially core exercises

    Congrats on dropping weight I know it's not easy! I strongly advise you to find someone who is either a strength coach or something. What they can do is take your body fat measurement and see what percentage of body fat you currently have then they will give you a weight training program along with a meal plan. That combination will help you get lean and get some more muscle.oh and the coach will track your weight (body fat) loss weekly so you will be sure that you are losing fat. Best wishes on your journey stay strong it takes time but with a well executed plan you will succeed
