    Welcome. Slow and steady, trust the process. Get a food scale and weigh & log everything. Remember that it's not a race. You can do this!

    Hey. :) I agree a food scale, meal prep, and planning will be your best friend. However, make sure you're your own best friend too, as mental mindset is the key. :) Feel free to add me! Best of luck!

    I'm new too! It's taken me 12 weeks to lose 12.5lbs. Better than gaining though!
