Hi everyone. Im amanda. 32 years old living in kent uk. I weigh 118kg and want to lose approx 25 kg it is scary doing it alone and wondered if anyone would like to team up with me? Or even a group of us.. if so i can create a facebook page just for us where we log our weekly progression and also help eachother when times get tough. I hope to hear from others :)

    Hi my name is Sue and I'd like to join you! I'm trying really hard to loose weight and get fit. Not sure of my goal weight at the moment as would like to get to UK size 14 and would be happy with that! Need to loose around 4-5 stone to do this. Some friends to talk to and share tips etc would really help. Hope to hear from you
