Under or over goal

If I am over my calories goal (as set by MFP), then I feel bad as I haven't reached my goal. But if I am under my calories goal, I get a message which says I am eating too few calories and says something about starvation mode. So I can't win unless I eat exactly 1200 calories!:huh:
