Ramadan and protein

Options
I'm 5.7, 32 years old, female and weigh 144 pounds. I have been lifting heavy for 2 months now and feel like I have gained a considerable amount of muscle.
Ramadan starts tomorrow and I intend on continuing my workout routine (2 upper body, 2 lower body, 2 cardio) but wang to know how much protein I should be having during the small feeding window I have of 4 hours? I'm not too bothered about gaining more muscle during the month, instead retaining what I have and not eating into it.

Any recommendations with protein amount? I'm currently seeing good results with 110g but will struggle to have that much in 4 hours

I think this is one of those things where you will need to experiment to find what works for you, both in the amount of protein and the weight you lift. If you're concerned about eating enough to maintain, maybe you could back off on the amount you lift for the duration. Good luck!

Protein shake in the morning, one at night. Easy money.

If you can find one that is certified halal, sure.

Search for Kosher protein. It's basically the same thing.

How about vegetable protein, like Vega One?

Protein is mostly a milk product. Is milk forbidden? I don't even know how this is an issue.
