Just Starting

Hi, my name is Colleen. I will be using the Walk At Home - 30 Day Challenge on DVDs. Today is the "Burn 30" routine. I am 5' 3" and today I weigh 219.2lbs. My goal weight is 125lbs. I have about 95lbs to lose.

My goal is to be healthy. Wish me luck!!

    The Leslie Sansone DVD's are a great place to start! Very low impact; and, easy to follow. Good luck to you!
