Hi im trying to lose 25 pounds! Ive lost 10 already just need a little push from friends!

    Stay strong! It's always difficult to start but even worse to keep going at it alone. We're all here for the same purpose, to better our lifestyle and look good. ;)

    It's sadly always the hardest to get through the last bit....I have 10 to go - and am in the same boat. Frustration mode has set in - and tempting to get up and go eat a cookie sitting at a table down the hall from my desk lol instead I turn here....we can do it ;)

    Yes they say the first 5 to 10 pounds is the easiest to take off... after that can be a little more difficult.
