Hi im trying to lose 25 pounds! Ive lost 10 already just need a little push from friends!

It's sadly always the hardest to get through the last bit....I have 10 to go - and am in the same boat. Frustration mode has set in - and tempting to get up and go eat a cookie sitting at a table down the hall from my desk lol instead I turn here....we can do it0

Yes they say the first 5 to 10 pounds is the easiest to take off... after that can be a little more difficult.0
