IStats: age 18,weight 11St 2,body skinny,Hight 6ft.
I am looking for a workout regime gym Monday to Friday,and dietary . Basically I have a whole month off as I am waiting for collage so have a lot of free time. My main aim is to build muscle mass and strength for football. Any help appreciated thanks
