Summer Pics - Before and After!

My husband and I are, like, accidental gardners and are thrilled with our asparagus harvest EVERY DAY. LOL He took this picture yesterday and when I looked at it...I just couldn't believe it!
Not the asparagus but I actually have some muscle that shows in pictures! No one is more surprised than I! I have been swinging kettlebells for about ten months, 4-5x week, about 30-40 minutes. That is all. That is all I'm willing to do. HAHA I refuse to run unless it's toward a dessert-loaded buffet table.
FWIW, I'm 55, 5'6" and have lost 48 lbs since last May. I've been successfully maintaining and that's the very best part Don't make fun of my redneck camo hat or I'll have to kick your *kitten*.

Gracey there's no secret.

And yes calorie counting helps but the point is to eat at a deficit and move a little more and BE CONSISTENT!!!
