PCOS survivor: Looking for friends, no sugar low carb!

Hello, I suffer from PCOS and as a result I battle with my weight. I am looking for friends to help me on this journey. I lost 38lbs in 2013 and gained back all after having my kids. Any friends around wanting to join me?

    Hi
I have recently been diagnosed with pcos, I don't really know too much about it or how to lose weight with it. I have an appointment with a specialist on the 20th so hopefully I'll have some answers/guidance in what to do next. If anyone has any tips or advice please feel free to contact me
Sorry I couldn't be of any help
Good luck to you all on your weight journeys
    Xxx

I've struggled with PCOS for nearly 15 years. It is definitely a journey. I've gained and lost the same 80lbs over and over. Trying to do things a little differently this time. Welcome friends looking for mutual support.

Hi everyone! I was also diagnosed with Pcos 4 years ago when I was trying to get pregnant. I was able to conceive once we figured out the problem :). Last year I lost 40lbs in about 7 months then in a short amount of time I gained 20 lbs of that back. I decided enough was enough but I could not start losing weight again. I did a lot of research and decided to try Lo-Carb. It's working for me so far. I lost about 8lbs in the last month. My wedding is in 3 months and I bought my dress when I weighed less. I don't fit in it so I really have been buckling down. I would love some more friends so we can support each other and share tips!
