Calorie question....Zaxb'y's Salad full meal.....all include

Does anyone know how many calories are in a House Fried Chicken Salad from Zaxby's with the toast that comes with it and 2 ranch dressings.

We are going to go grab something after work...my daughter loves Zaxby's and I am going to get my usual....but now that I am logging my food in than I want to be able to know the correct amount of calories I am eating so I can work the extra off. I have searched but I can't find the correct amount of calories.

I have not eaten out in a couple weeks....I am going to reward myself...plus my daughter is a wing lover....so its her reward too.

    I use my iPhone and Google the resturant and then "nutrition". I find it best to plan my meal, before I get there; that way I can make my decisions with my brain, and not my tummy. Brain - good; Tummy - bad.

    holy crap...that's alot of calories....i just looked it up myself because i LOVE zaxby's...

    if you're rethinking your decision.....i love their blackened chicken....maybe do that instead of fried and only use one packet of ranch instead of two...

    i always ask for extra tomatos

    and since their salads are huge, ask for a to go container and half the salad before taking even a bite and then you have lunch or dinner for the next day!

    Cheddar Jack Cheese (2 oz) 120
    Roma Tomatoes (2 oz) 10

    Chicken Fingers (4) 350

    Total 765 Calories

    Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing as a package = 80 Calories x2 is 160 Calories

    Grand total is 925 Calories for the meal.

    WOW, what a lot of calories, you sure see what foods are dangerous. lol 785 calories is what i approx had yesterday for the whole day.... 785 normally would be 2/3 of my 1200.... eeeks

    I type in Zaxby's in the food finder database and it has some great options that are correct. I get the grilled chicken salad with no cheese or onions. But i do eat the toast if I can afford the calories. I used their vinaigrette dressing. It was a pretty healthy meal and I had it for lunch.
