    1. Are you serious?
    2. Why would you do this?

In case this is just a troll thread, I'm gong to tell you water and wish you best of luck with that since it's in most foods.

    1. Poison
    2. Cookies with poison in them

There's no need to eliminate certain foods unless you have a medical condition that is exacerbated by those foods (food allergies, Celiac disease, lactose intolerance, PKU, etc) or are taking medication that requires specific dietary changes (like a low-protein diet if you're on Carpadopa-levodopa/Sinemet, which is an Antiparkinson medication... OMG! I'M REMEMBERING STUFF FROM PHARM! WOOHOO!!!! :joy: )

See @abatonfan above. I have a deadly allergy to shellfish, which I haven't eaten in almost 30 years. I have celiac disease so I haven't eaten wheat, barley or rye on purpose in 4.5 years. I have eaten them in sauces by accident and gotten quite ill, life happens. I am also allergic to soybeans, which are sneaked into lots of GF foods for flavor or protein.

If you are looking to do this to lose weight, there's no answer. If you're looking for a challenge, try eliminating wheat or soy or both from your diet for a week. You'll be surprised what those two foods sneak into when you start reading labels.

    Kale and semolina.

    Because they're rank.

Cilantro. It is gross. Don't eat foods with cilantro this week.

Why do you ask? There are probably many foods you could not obtain and/or stand to eat for a week.
Roasted kangaroo would be difficult for me to eat for a week because I can't just pick up some kangaroo at the store in Kansas. I dislike seafood so eating that every day for a week would be horrible.

For weight loss you do not have to cut foods out of your diet. You just have to eat fewer calories so you have a deficit.

Well, she did it in April and wouldn't answer the question then. Probably she's not still looking for something to quit.
