Need to lose 50 pds

Hello I'm 5'1 and 194 pds. Trying to lose 50 pds. Just had a knee replacement in March so trying to find some new friends trying to lose weight too.

    Hi I also need to lose 50 pounds, and I'm waiting for a knee replacement. I'm 5 foot 2 weighing in at 189 pounds. But I used to weight 336 pounds. I must admit this last 2 years I've mucked about with my diet and gained 50 pounds after achieving 140 pounds 2 years ago. Glad to be friends, my name is Dawn by the way.
