My weight loss has slowed way down and I don't know why. I eat close to or at my 1200 calories a day. I exercise 4 to 5 days a week, an hour each time, cardio and weights. I'm not sure why I'm not losing more weight. I don't eat sugar, I don't eat sweets, hardly any red meats, not many carbs at all, no pop or juices, mostly water except for the weekends when I have alcohol, which I drink coconut rum and tonic water. Please help me figure this out. I am toning up, I can see that, but want to lose my last approx 10 lbs. I am 4' 11" and weigh 129 to 131, my weight fluctuates daily it seems.

It slows down because you only have 10lbs to lose.

Your calorie counting needs to be very accurate. The last few pounds are the hardest of all.

Sounds like you're doing everything right, and all these tips would help. Just be aware that you might not be losing weight, but you could be gaining muscle mass, which increases your overall metabolism (i.e. you'll be burning more calories when resting). Muscle weighs far more than fat, so maybe look to getting a body-fat measurement done, and seeing if any of the above tips can make a difference to your body fat percentage (rather than focusing on just weight).

As always, focus on the overall picture, and not just the number on the scales.

With us petites it is slow. Meticulous counting and keeping moving in everyday life can make the difference of losing .25 lbs a week and not.

It will take a few more months probably to lose those last few pounds. It took me close to 6, and then my sedentary maintenance was the same 1200 that I lost on.
See what your maintenance will be for your goal weight and work on having a 125-150 daily deficit from that (250 may be possible). You can do this by eating back a little less of your exercise calories, moving more during the day, and calories. Try not to go under 1200 and eat back 50-75% of your exercise calories.

Just as an FYI at 5'1 and 130 lbs I lost eating 1200 plus 150-175 cals for each hour I exercised. It took a year to reach my maintenance goal of 100-105 lbs- the last 10 being half of that time.

Do some kind of resistance work/lift weights to maintain your muscle as you lose.

    Cheers, h.
