Does anyone watch YouTube for their workouts? How often are you doing them?

I have just started working out again. I prefer to watch YouTube workout videos at home. I am currently using Fitness Blender videos low impact cardio as my workout. So far I have been doing them 4 times a week for 30 minutes. But now I am kind of getting addicted and want to do them everyday, which I hear is not good because the body needs rest to heal. So I was wondering how often are you working out, how long, and when did you see results? I am 5'7 and 179lbs as of this morning. Thanks so much!

I'm doing a rotation of Jessica Smith workouts every day. I also walk 30 minutes to an hour every day.

I started doing this last month. One day a week is just stretching.
Results... well, I'm not counting on exercise to lose weight- watching my calorie intake is for that. Some exercises have gotten easier. My stress level is probably better managed. I think my body feels a bit more toned but doesn't look dramatically different.

I trade cardio & strength days, because my body isn't doing the same (repetitive) thing every day of the week....this is a break of sorts.

I do 1 day of yoga a week as my (active) rest day.

    I second Jessica Smith!

Weight loss is all about calories in for me...my workouts will never be huge calorie burners. Staying active is about overall health for me.

Thank you both! I have also noticed that the exercises are getting somewhat easier so I will be switching it up soon. I like the idea of doing yoga on a rest day. Thanks again!

I use FitnessBlender for strength training and HIIT three times a week and walk/jog three days a week.

I've done FitnessBlender six days a week though, just switch up what kind of exercise you do.

I like the idea of walking/jogging. I can do those on the days I am not doing cardio workouts. Thanks!
