This is not like me at ALL , to lose more than 1 pound a week. I weighed my self on 3 different scales because I was so shocked and they all only varied by .1 pound...so....I guess it's true. I'm kind of in shock. I didn't change my eating or exercise habits but I WILL TAKE IT!
Also, as of this most recent weigh in, I have reached the first goal I set, to lose 10% of my body weight!
