Hello from Colorado

I am a full-time working mom of 2 beautiful kids. I started this job in August of 2007 it is very difficult for me because I sit behind a desk all day and have put on several pounds plus they provide unhealthy snacks. I get sick to my stomach looking at pictures that include me (which is very few). I just want to live a long healthy life for my kids and my husband.
