Hi,howcome when I log strength training ie gym (lifting weights) no calories are burned according to it help please

    Because it is virtually impossible to determine. Lifting doesn't burn all that much so most of us who are fairly regular at lifting either don't log it at all, or add it into your activity level.

    If you must have a number, you can enter "strength training" into the cardio section and it will spit out a number.

    For estimated calorie burns, log your strength training in the cardiovascular section.

    Thanks mate I didn't know this. However I am fairly certain that a whole hour of lifting heavy weights with very little rest ie 20 secs between sets I would burn a fair bit

    Yea, I'm sure you do. I would consider that more "circuit training" rather than strength training so I would look for that option in the cardio section.
