Drink a rediculous amount of water! Your body will love you for it! Eventually your body gets used to having a healthy amount of water you will do great!
Also no snacking at night.0 -
You don't need to drink a ridiculous amount of water, you can drink too much if not careful. And snacks are okay if they fit into your calories for the day.
Get a food scale and start weighing everything solid.0 -
As someone who has had many Day 1's, my best tip is don't beat yourself up for slipping up or worse, give up. Progress over perfection, always!2
