    Drink a rediculous amount of water! Your body will love you for it! Eventually your body gets used to having a healthy amount of water :) you will do great!

    Also no snacking at night.

    You don't need to drink a ridiculous amount of water, you can drink too much if not careful. And snacks are okay if they fit into your calories for the day.

    Get a food scale and start weighing everything solid.

    As someone who has had many Day 1's, my best tip is don't beat yourself up for slipping up or worse, give up. Progress over perfection, always!
