I know it's not exactly the same type of photo, however here are some before (220lbs) and current (191). The before(shirtless) were taken the night before I started using MFP April 27.. The fully clothed are from earlier today.

    go into the photobucket site, click on the picture, copy the IMG address...paste it here, and change the IMG to lower case...that way I can be lazy and just look at the pictures lol
