Just started this journey! I wanna loose 50 pounds!!

I have tried so many diets and fads...and of course as we all know, none of them worked! When I reached 200 pounds at 5'5 it really hit me that I needed to lose weight! Im only 19!!! I'm really excited but I'm also scared of failing! I wanna lose 2 pounds a week so if anyone wants to become my buddy I would love to be a support system together
I could really use the motivation to get into the habit of healthy choices and not binge whenever I crave the littlest things!

Use MFP daily. Get into a calorie deficit. Take your weight x 14-17. Use the number on the 14 side if u plan on being active. That's your daily maintenance calorie. What your body will burn doing your everyday activities. Take 70-80% of that depending how drastic u want to get, combine it with some exercise, watch your nutrition (weight loss is 80% nutrition) Lower your carb intake, take it early in the day so u can use the energy it gives u before u sleep, try to eliminate sugar, increase your protein intake. YouTube all the foods that are high volume low calorie and find all kinds of recipes u can make with those foods. It'll slowly give u the volume your stomach is used to, to feel full but not all the calories. Lots of veggies. Hope this helps as a start. As u get through it u can add more things that will help with the weight loss, tightening your skin with the muscle toning and building etc. Good luck!!1
