What do you like?
Some of my go-to breakfasts are:
Mini egg frittatas
Greek yogurt
Scrambled eggs and veggies
Avocado on toast
Bagel thin with cream cheese & lox
Overnight oats
Steel cut oats with fruit & protein powder
I don't know whether any of those would be best and most satisfying for you. Start with what you like. Log it. See how it fits in your day and make adjustments as you go :flowerforyou:1 -
My protein pudding/ smoothie
1 cup almond milk
Half avocado
Handful of Spinach
Frozen blueberries
Half serving sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
1 big scoop chocolate whey or 50 grams
Half serving cocoa nibs
And whatever hippie supplements I happen to have. Today it was some extra help seeds and psyllium husk powder.
Blend it up. Eat out of a bowl. Nutrients covered for the day plus good fats and protein. It tastes good too.0 -
Totally depends on the person.
For me, I usually eat:
Nature's Path Flax Plus Raisin Bran with soy milk
Nature's Path Heritage Flakes with soy milk
English Muffin with margarine and blueberry preserves
Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar
Fiber One Oats & Peanut Butter Bar
Scrambled eggs with onions, red peppers, wilted spinach (and a slice of bacon if I have the calories)0 -
I just eat fruit but I fell out of love with breakfast years ago...0
