I am trying to find the right balance for breakfast. Either I eat too many calories or too many carbs. I need help trying to balance them.

I do egg white omelets and load it up with whatever fresh veggies I have handy. This am was yellow peppers, mushrooms and asparagus with just a sprinkle of cheese.2

i have 3 eggs and whole wheat reduced cal bread dry or a protein bar, or shake, or steel cut oats
