Feeling bloated after ab workout, what ab exercises are good to prevent this from happening?

Working your abdominals should not make you feel like you're bloated. Tight and tense? Yes. Bloated? No. Working any muscle will cause rips and tears that the body then fills with fluid to facilitate repair. However, that shouldn't make you feel bloated although it might make your abs look a little more pumped for a short period of time depending on how much muscle volume you have in your abs.0

Bloating is all about diet; it has nothing to do with your workout.0

Try to pay attention to your breathing during ab workouts, be sure to exhale during the exertion as doing this opposite could be the cause of what you describe. Just a potential reason, others have highlighted other possibilities above. Check out this video if you like
