Gastric sleeve patient

Hi I'm 37 stay at home mom of
2 boys ages 3 and 4. I've been semi overweight most my adult life. I had gastric sleeve surgery in 2013. Was 20 lbs to my goal weight when I got to comfortable and lazy! I stopped my workouts and also consumed way too much wine with friends! So now I'm up 30lbs and now need to loose 50 to meet my goal. I'm back on track. Logging all my food and getting back on that treadmill. Hopefully I can keep at it!

    Hey!! Im a 27 y.o. nurse w/ 3 kids ages 4,6, and 7. I have struggled w/ my weight since high school. I am in the process of having the gastric sleeve done in a couple months. Just started 3 months of dieting prior. Looking for support! Thanks :)

    Hi! I am 38, wife and mother to 17 yr old, 9 yr old and 6 yr old. I had gastric sleeve 3/26/15. Highest wt 281, surgery wt 267, current wt 179. I want to lose 20-25 more lbs. What does your daily intake of calories, carbs, protein, fat, etc look like? How often are you exercising?
