Long overdue

I'm a certified biotechnician assistant and I am on my school's swim team. We are doing over the summer workouts and weight training to prepare for the season which starts in August. I'm more of an endurance swimmer, unlike most others on my team who depend on speed. We do six workouts a week, 1.5 hours M-F, 2 hours sat, and weight training for an hour MWF. I'm hoping to get back on track and finally lose this weight.

How long have you been on the swim team? It looks like you have exercise covered. All you need to do is set up your calories and you will be set to lose.0

This is my third week back on the team. I quit for a while because my family was going through a rough time and we thought we were moving but ended up staying. My problem with food is that whenever I get sad I want to start eating. I've been doing a bit better with this, but it is still a struggle0

I don't have the money to pay anybody to help me, I'm looking for something that won't cost anything0
