Hey everyone !!! My name is Andri ! I am a college sophomore at GSU . So basically I've been chubby all my life but I have had EXTREME weight gain ever since I've graduated high school . My first year of school I gained 50 pounds !!! I feel horrible back pain and discomfort , I also have PCOS so it makes it harder for me . I want to live my life and be able to express myself and be confident! This isn't how life should be! My highest weight is 329 lbs and as of now I am 305 , but I have a long way to go! My goal is to lose 135 lbs and I am even considering lap band just to give me a boost ! But I would love to have friends and be more active with this community ! And even make friends !!! That would be awesome ! Don't be afraid to message me and add me ! I'm fun!

Are you too young for lap band?

You should only consider surgery as a last ditch solution when you have already tried traditional calorie counting and failed or if you have a significant health issue that requires surgical based loss. Surgery always carries risk. Just focus on using the site consistently and, ask questions, and stick to it and you can probably lose without the surgery. Take your time, it took a while to gain, it will take a while to lose.

Be mindful of why you're eating. Ask yourself if you're really hungry before you dig in. Evaluate your hunger half way through your meal. It is important to have a good relationship with food. Even if you are skinny and in shape, food can rule your life, believe me! It shouldn't be hard or painful. In fact, it should be pretty easy and enjoyable to lose weight.

That being said, don't cheat yourself on you log. good luck.
