Im am very new to tracking my macros,
175 lbs 5'6
145-155 P
300 C
65-70 F
2300 calories. But i usually only consume about 1900-2100 when i hit my macros.
I recently lost about 5-6 lbs within 4 weeks of tracking, which is great. My strength is increasing slowly. But this week, i've been feeling bloated, and randomly gaining altogether 1.5-2 lbs. Im doing 2hrs of gym session at once in the evening before dinner. I do about 6 miles of cardio a week. Is it because i've been training a little heavier on my bench, back, and legs. Or cause i've increased my water intake by 2 extra cups a day, or was it cause of the Pizza i ate on sunday? Or is 6 days of vigorous workouts and working causing the weight gain?
Like i said im new to tracking macros/myfitnesspal. and my target weight is 170. Im not familiar with the what happens.. ANY information would be helpful. thank you

What have you been doing differently? Eating, drinking, sleeping, whatever. Did you weight yourself the same time of day as every other weight in day?
Sometimes weight just fluctuates - there are too many variables to track. Just stay consistent with your nutrition and exercise, and you will get to where you want to be. Continue monitoring and weight again next week. If you are still gaining, cut 100 calories and weight again next week. Repeat this process until you are losing again.1 -
I guess my sleep has been off lately, Game of Thrones binge'ing. but eating has been relatively consistant, i'll add some pieces of chocolate for my preworkout. I was trusting this system and was getting a little frustrated and discouraged. Thanks HAMSTERMANV20

Your weight can fluctuate day to day by as many as 5 - 10 lbs, usually due to water weight changes. These can be because of foods you ate, increased or new exercise, digestion issues, etc. It all tends to even out in the end. You are looking for the trend over time, so don't get too hung up on week!1

Just sucks cause I'm still at a deficit, and hungry but I push thru it. But the numbers go up. My meals consist of whole foods like skinless baked chicken, grounded turkey, and steamed veggies.

Yesterday the scale had me up 3 lbs for the week. Today (weigh in day), I showed a .8 loss for the week. Relax.2

Yep, same here. I went up 3 pounds from Saturday to Monday...and now I'm back down 3 pounds.
Ain't no big thing.2 -
Repeat after me, all together now...
Waaaaaaaterrrrrrrr!1
