I sign up for events a year in advance. I do this so I stay motivated throughout the year. Stay with it!1

Just saw this forum post on the feeds...that's not good to have "0" friends especially on MFP! My friends on here have definitely motivated me to reach my goals and continue to maintain! Let's change that number - sending you a request or feel free to add! Good luck to you!1

I'm still learning how this works. I've used My fitness pal App for my 6 year old son who is Type 1 diabetic. It's an easy way to get nutrition facts for his food. However it opened my eyes to eating healthy. I just started exploring the other options in this app like the community and friends. Please bare with me, as I figure out how to reply and so on. People have been so sweet. I should have tried this long ago. Xoxo0
