Set smaller, attainable goals and reward yourself when you reach them.

stop looking at the scales, get more long duration cardio, ie, 3 mile walk, 3.8 mph pace, more resistance 3 times a week and variety in that. more protein each day
look for inches and bodyfat lost
I am training a girl for her wedding now, she has dropped 2 dress sizes in 2 weeks, hasnt lost a pound, but inches? and the muscle?
any way I can help let me know
look at my profile for my credentials
    good luck!

    hi there,
when I first joined three weeks ago I had so many questions. then I discovered the search function on the community page - most things I wonder about have been asked and answered in the past! I've learned a great deal by reading old posts - I'd recommend it. good luck and congrats!

It would probably help if you opened up your diary so we could see what you have been doing.
  • Thanks!! I will try that
  • I will set smaller goals for myself . I want to lose 20lbs but now I'll set my short term goal to 5lbs until I reach my goal weight. Great tip thanks!......
