I am 5'4".
244lbs vs. 194lbs.
Still a ways to go but happy with the process :)
Going shopping and finding clothes that actually fit is the best non scale victory ever!! :D

    People tell me that but I honestly don't even directly work my core. I do some walking and running, stairmaster, leg day, chest/triceps day and back/biceps day!

    Aww thanks. Literally just started being more active and eating better. I still treat myself once in a while but for the most part I eat clean :)

    Congrats the difference really shows. I am the same height, gone from 234 to 216 in 50 days and still dont see it!!
