Try to challenge yourself and grab some weights. No weight? Grab anything a little heavy!
BE SURE TO ALTERNATE LEGS (50 on the left and 50 on the right). Post once to accept and be sure to come back and tell us what you did! You do not need to do theses all at one time break them up through out the day.

This sounds very similar to the "you don't need to bed able to walk tomorrow challenge" jk lol. I'm in, berm doing walking lunges back and forth from my desk but never a set amt.1
