I can lose weight easy...I stay under my calories and macro's for the day...walk 2 miles each day and the weight seems to fall off...no special foods, diets drinks or shakes. I just follow the limits set my MFP.....BUT....there are days that at night I eat too much and sabotage my efforts for the day, I snack way too much at night!!

Spread your calories out more, "save" some for your nighttime snacking. If you know you're prone to overeating at night, plan something healthy (or at least within your calories) and brush your teeth immediately after. You might also want to have a cup of unsweetened hot tea at night. And as silly as it sounds, maybe make a "CLOSED/OPEN" sign to hang on your refrigerator. Flip it to CLOSED after your last meal. The kitchen's closed... no more snacking. Good luck!1

I am consistent at times, but I also have mini "yo-yo's" mixed in there. I find that when I go up on the scales a little, I tend to go back down and then some fairly quickly. I have come to accept that I'm just not a super strict dieter and I don't need to be.1
