By football do you mean real football or American football? B)

For speed run hills or steps at a stadium etc, run fast 400s (run a 400m track as fast you can then walk around the track, rinse & repeat - more of a runner thing but will build speed).

Endurance......run, run slowly but run longer distances at a steady pace. If you haven't been running much build your distances gradually, no point on having great endurance if you're injured.

Agility.....have a look on youtube for agility drills (cones, ladders etc) there's a ton of them there.

    Strength.....have a look at the Stronglifts 5 x 5 program; 45 minutes 3 x weekly - it's strength training using a small number of compound exercises, it's not bodybuilding.

Speed and agility 1 time weekly each (I'd alternate weeks between track & hills) Endurance runs 3 x weekly (2 shorter & 1 longer/slower run at a conversational pace)

I should also have added plyometrics for explosive speed / acceleration (once or twice per week - short intense workouts)
