I'm new, hense why Im here!

Hi everybody Im Brittany. Im new to everything workout or fitness or weight loss related. Ive always been the skinny girl growing up (in fact people thought I had an eating disorder) I never weighed more than 100lbs in high school. I have since had two kids back to back (15months apart) and instead of losing weight Ive just been gaining weight. Im now well over 200lbs and Im sick with myself.
I have been doing two protein shakes a day and a dinner, no junk, no fast foods. I have also started the Biggest Loser Boot Camp dvd workout at least 5-6 times a week and feeling pretty good. I KNOW iI can do this...I put much effort and obsession into other things (child raising related) so I just am switching my obsessions over to getting myself back!

Anyway hello!

    I hear ya. I topped out at 107 in high school. I did the same kids back to back, but I spaced it out and had a third one 10 years after 1&2. When I hit over 200 I went to the doctor to see if #1 I'm healthy enough for exersize #2 how do you lose weight. My Eldest daughter told me about this site and I love it, I don't have to change much just eat right no skipping out on meals. Weird thing is I eat more now than I have in years.
