I have been trying to lose these 40 pounds for TOO long!! Iwould start and be motivated for a few days and I would see the scale move in the right direction and then I would just go back to my old eating habits. I don't know if it was because it was too strict of a diet and too hard to stick with? I like to exercise, I just need support to get the eating part right for once and for all!!

    This is the place for accountability and motivation. Just add a few friends and keep each other accountable. It works if you work it ;-)

    You should find plenty of support on MFP. Logging in your food and exercises does wonders to help keep you on track. Good Luck!!

    Hi, I am new here. Actually, I don't eat enough calories, so I have a low metabolism. That makes it hard to lose weight. I only need to lose 10-15 pounds, but I need some help and direction.
