New, hope I don't fail!

I'm excited about this app. I never tracked what I ate or my workouts. Hopefully this will help keep me in check and give me some inspiration along they way to hit key mile stones.

    This is a great program - first thing that's worked for me in years. Log throughout the day so you can plan for meals out or birthday cake etc. and good luck!

    I started up with this app again on June 1st. So far so good!
