    Complete. Was slacking tonight, but felt like I *needed* to be able to reply to this thread about having done it, so.. thanks for the thread! (My knee was startin to twingeg slightly on those last couple of squats in that last set just now. Should be fine after sleep tonight.)

    You don not have to do these all at once. Break them up throughout the day doing 10-20 squats at a time.
