Potassium without carbs(?)

Hi all. I'm keen to get into ketosis mode but I'm really wanting to keep my potassium /sodium levels right. Does anyone have some good snack/meal tricks to keep this balance? It seems that with potassium come carbs. Could use some tips if you have some. Keen to make some new buds and work on this together.

I have the same problem and am looking for a solution that doesn't put me over my calorie or carb limit.0

Most meat has a good bit of potassium but it doesn't show on labels. I also use lite salt (good balance of sodium/potassium). Dark green veg is good too I believe.0

Lite Salt is 50/50, salt/potassium. NuSalt is 100% potassium.
I use a mixture of both on my food, because NuSalt by itself is kinda metallic-tasting.
