Getting Married in September...

Hi, so I am 3 months out from my wedding (trying my dress on Wednesday!) and am working on getting fit. I would love some motivational friends to help keep me accountable.

Thanks ☺️

I'm yet to set a date, but getting married end of the year or early next... so could do with a little bit of a push myself to maintain/continue to improve.

    Good luck!

October wedding here! Love finding MFP boards with other brides-to-be.

One thing I've been paying a lot of attention to with the upcoming wedding is my arms. The way I see it, the typical wedding dress covers your legs and butt, right? So it's my arms that'll be shown, haha. I've been doing tricep pushdowns at the gym and it 's been giving me a little peace of mind! :p I know that's something I need work on. Other than that I'm mostly focusing on just planning a fun party and having a happy mindset.

Are you the dancer in your profile picture? If so, you look quite fit to me. Consider talking to a weightloss coach or other professional to get an objective view of where you stand, and help you set your specific goals. It might be that a mindset change will bring you more peace than a physical change.
